Erika Hebron

Erika Hebron, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, has over 20 years of dance experience. This former gymnast has trained extensively in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary, and acrobatics. She then went on to attend and graduate Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University where she received her Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance.

Erika is currently based in New York City and has performed in the opening number of the Rose Parade with Kristin Chenoweth, at the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon in Las Vegas, and at many regional theaters around the country. Some her favorite shows that she has done include The Producers, Damn Yankees, The Will Rogers Follies, and Crazy for You. She recently performed as a swing and Anybodys in the North American National Tour of West Side Story. Along with performing, Erika has spent eight years as a head dance instructor for Universal Dance Association.

Besides pageants Erika has also choreographed for many nationally ranked college and high school dance teams and has taught master classes and set choreography at several studios around the country.

She has traveled internationally to work on special events including the London New Year’s Day Parade. She has judged for many regional and state championships as well as the High School National Dance Team Championships in Orlando, FL. In addition she choreographs for their high school and college summer curriculum.

A former Miss Missouri competing in the 2011 Miss America Pageant, Erika has had the opportunity to set opening numbers for several local pageants in the Miss America Organization. She has choreographed for numerous Top 5, Top 10, and Preliminary Talent Winners at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant. Besides pageants Erika has also choreographed for many nationally ranked college and high school dance teams and has taught master classes and set choreography at several studios around the country.

Erika enjoys traveling from coast to coast sharing her knowledge of dance with young dancers through being a judge for national talent competitions. She loves to be able to provide positive feedback and critiques to improve a students dance technique and style.
